Hilltop Product Guarantee and Returns Policy

We take pride in providing top quality products to our customers. All Hilltop products should be free from defects or damage, as described, and meet your expectations.

In the unlikely event that your Hilltop Product is unsatisfactory or not as described, you can return any of our products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To return Hilltop goods, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.
